Keisuke Terada appointed as COO of Zelto & Geniee International: Strengthening the Management System of Overseas Business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geniee Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Tomoaki Kudo, hereinafter referred to as “Geniee”) announced that on September 1, 2024, Keisuke Terada becomes a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Zelto, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Zelto”) and Geniee International Pte., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Geniee International”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 Appointment background:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 2010, Geniee has demonstrated a consistent commitment to global expansion, resulting in the establishment of seven overseas offices. Geniee International and Zelto serve as the cornerstones of our international operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To further solidify the foundation of the Group’s overseas business, Mr. Keisuke Terada has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Terada joined Geniee in 2018 and subsequently became an integral part of the Zelto PMI project from its inception. His contributions to the expansion of the business, coupled with his ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams, have earned him widespread recognition. In light of his exceptional achievements, Mr. Terada has been appointed to the role of COO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This appointment will significantly strengthen the management structure of our overseas operations, enabling the Geniee Group to enhance its brand value and market presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Keisuke Terada has been an invaluable member of our company, playing a pivotal role in the PMI process since last year when Zelto faced its most challenging period. He has consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen intellect for developing innovative solutions, and a charismatic personality that has earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To further accelerate the growth of our overseas business, we have appointed Mr. Keisuke Terada as Chief Operating Officer. With his proven ability to make swift decisions, we are confident that he will provide the leadership necessary to drive our global operations forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Mr. Keisuke Terada’s leadership, all departments involved in our overseas business will work together as a unified team to achieve our shared goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Keisuke Terada joined Geniee in 2018, where he gained valuable experience in advertising operations within the trading desk. In 2021, he was promoted to the position of General Manager of Geniee International. In this role, Mr. Keisuke Terada successfully spearheaded the expansion of the company’s global advertising business and strengthened its organizational structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following his tenure at Geniee International, Mr. Keisuke Terada played a pivotal role in the Zelto PMI project. As head of the marketing department, he made significant contributions to the growth of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April 2024, Mr. Keisuke Terada was appointed Director of the Overseas Business Division. His most recent appointment, in July 2024, was as Director of AdPushup Software India Pvt Ltd. This strategic move further accelerates the company’s global expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
